Bare PCB fabrication

Fabrication and drill data
Drawing, stack-up, material, copper and finish
Board quantity, panel format and destination
Impedance and bare-board test requirements

For assembly, also include

BOM with exact manufacturer part numbers
Centroid, assembly drawings and polarity notes
Component ownership and sourcing restrictions
Programming, testing and release requirements
