Information you choose to provide

When you click Submit project enquiry, your name, company, business contact details, project brief, reference and limited source-page information are stored in our protected website enquiry database, hosted on Cloudflare, and made available to authorized personnel for review. Page language, your selected communication language and the original message are retained separately; page language does not determine your country. Notification delivery is tracked separately from successful storage. We do not publish these records or send them to Google Analytics. No design files are uploaded through this form. Prepare RFQ email and Copy RFQ text remain optional alternatives; those actions do not themselves submit an enquiry.

Draft reference and source page

For abuse prevention, the submission service keeps a keyed, non-reversible network-address rate counter for about one hour; the original network address is not stored in enquiry records. For this browsing session, the website keeps a small source record in your browser session storage: a recognized VeriPCB landing page, the last relevant page and a referring site category. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or when the browser session storage is cleared. No form contents are saved there. A generated RFQ reference and that source record are shown in your draft; review or remove them before sending. A search-engine referral is not proof of an organic search visit, and an AI referral is not proof that an AI system recommended VeriPCB.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and contact actions such as preparing an email, copying an RFQ, clicking WhatsApp or downloading a checklist. Google Analytics is not loaded before you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not prevent enquiries. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, project files or RFQ references as analytics events. Page URLs are reported without query strings or fragments, and referrers are limited to site origins. Your analytics preference is stored locally for up to six months; use Analytics preferences in the footer to change it. Withdrawing consent clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page without the analytics tag.

Google Analytics data describes consenting visitors only; ad blockers and browser restrictions can cause gaps. Contact-button activity is not an enquiry received, a qualified opportunity or a sale. See Google’s privacy policy.

Purpose

Business contact information and project details are used to assess enquiries, communicate about quotations and manage potential or existing supplier relationships. Actual enquiries are reviewed separately from website actions.

Confidential files

Request an NDA or approved transfer method before sending confidential, export-controlled or regulated information. Do not send unnecessary personal data.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry information is retained only for legitimate business, legal and security needs and shared only with personnel or service providers necessary to evaluate or fulfil the request.
