How fast can a PCBA be built?

Timing depends on PCB complexity, material availability, assembly load and test scope. A responsible quote separates material, fabrication, assembly and validation timing instead of a single unqualified promise.

Does fast turn mean lower quality?

No. The schedule changes; the review does not. DFM, inspection and test scope should still be agreed before material is committed, even on an express build.

What files speed up a quick-turn quote?

Gerber or ODB++ data, BOM with exact manufacturer part numbers, centroid or pick-and-place data, assembly drawings, quantity and target date let us quote without repeated questions.

Can fabrication and assembly be overlapped?

Where the process allows, fabrication and component sourcing can run in parallel to shorten lead time, but only after the build package and alternates are approved.

How are rush exceptions handled?

Exceptions found during a fast build should be reported with options and impact, not silently worked around. Ownership for changes must be agreed before the run.

Will you protect my design on a quick turn?

Customer design files remain the customer's property. An NDA can be requested before confidential files are exchanged, regardless of schedule pressure.
